Stella Artois Insider Guidelines

Looking for a job that gets you away from the dull hum of fluorescent lighting and the imposing walls of your cubicle? Wouldn’t you rather have a behind the scenes gig tweeting (that’s right, tweeting!) at some of the hottest parties, red carpet events and most anticipated film premiers at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) or Vancouver International Film Festival (VIFF)?

Stella Artois Légère is calling all film buffs, culture junkies, party lovers and in-the-know individuals to apply for the job of a lifetime – the Stella Artois Légère Insider! Representing Stella Artois Légère at TIFF or VIFF events (yes, that means screenings, galas and more!) across Toronto or Vancouver, the Insider will give fans and fellow followers the inside scoop of all things TIFF or VIFF.

The Insider will be required to post live Twitter updates from TIFF/VIFF-related events. We want film reviews, the inside scoop on celebrities, where the best parties are and what’s going on behind the velvet rope.

Responsibilities:

• Attend screenings, premieres and great parties as the Stella Artois Légère Insider
• Post real-time tweets throughout the duration of TIFF or VIFF
• Provide Insider experiences to fellow followers

• A passion for all things film and entertainment
• A desire to rub elbows with celebrities
• The ability to capture a moment in a short number of words
• A pre-existing Twitter following and an interest in social media
• Must have valid photo I.D. and be at least 19 years of age

Application Deadline

This is a paid contract position that starts September 8th and runs through to 23rd, 2009 in Toronto and from September 29th to October 20th in Vancouver. Stella Artois Légère will also provide the Insider with travel to and from TIFF or VIFF, lodging, food etc.
